Your Code Stays Yours

We do not claim ownership of repositories, issues, pull requests, or generated work.

You Control Automation

You are responsible for the GitHub access, Cursor token, and automation rules you connect.

Simple Billing

The service is billed at $29 USD per team per month after a 14-day free trial.

1. Acceptance

By using Cursor Automation, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company or team, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Accounts and Access

You sign in with GitHub and choose which repositories the GitHub App may access. You are responsible for maintaining access to your GitHub account, Cursor account, Cursor API token, team invitations, and billing account.

3. Automation Responsibilities

Cursor Automation can trigger Cursor Cloud Agents and update workflow state based on your configuration. You are responsible for reviewing agent output, repository changes, generated pull requests, comments, and any code that you merge or deploy.

4. Fees, Trials, and Cancellation

Paid plans are charged through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, pricing is $29 USD per team per month after a 14-day free trial. You may cancel from the billing portal; access may continue until the end of the paid billing period. Taxes may apply.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, attack or abuse systems, bypass rate limits, distribute malware, transmit secrets you are not authorized to use, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend access to protect the service or others.

6. Customer Content and Third-Party Services

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, including reading repository metadata, displaying boards, storing settings, and sending configured requests to GitHub, Cursor, Stripe, and other necessary providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or behavior of GitHub, Cursor, Stripe, or other external providers.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, especially while the product is evolving, and will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or repository changes caused by customer-configured automation.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security risk, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully.
